Acme

A pretend customer site. The SimpleCom chat widget (bottom-right) is embedded with a publishable key and talks to the QA backend at qa.simplecom.ai.

Try it

  1. Open the chat launcher (bottom-right) and ask "What is the name of your support mascot?" — you'll get a grounded answer from Acme's knowledge base.
  2. Click Identify as Alice below, then send another message. In the dashboard inbox the visitor shows as Alice Example instead of anonymous.
  3. Take over the conversation from the dashboard inbox — the reply appears here live.
